- Effortless Label Generation: The heart of the Pack App lies in its ability to rate shop and generate shipping labels with ease. Whether creating a new label or re-printing a previously generated label, the process is intuitive. There are two options for printing — either downloading ZPL, PNG, or PDF files locally and then printing them from the computer on which they were downloaded, or using Shipium's integration with QZ Tray which enables direct printing from Pack App to an attached printer.
- Comprehensive Shipment Details: The Pack App guides you through providing all necessary shipment details, including packaging material, dimensions, and weight, ensuring accurate carrier selection and pricing.
- Detailed Order Item Entry: Add each item in your order for precise order fulfillment.
- Smart Ship Options: Define your shipping preferences, including special delivery properties (e.g., delivery signature), identification tags, and desired delivery dates. You can also narrow down carrier and service method options, giving you fine-tuned control over your shipping strategy.
- Maintain an Address Book: Create and manage a centralized address book, either through bulk CSV uploads or manual entry, to quickly populate common destination addresses and reduce data entry errors.
- Webhooks for Real-time Updates: You can set up optional webhooks to receive automatic notifications of shipment event updates, keeping you informed every step of the way.
